  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • When orders are processed for delivery, they are processed at our Maryborough warehouse.
  • Please note that stock levels may change rapidly and, in some instances, if out of stock it may take up to 1-2 weeks to source from our other stores to fulfill your order.
  • If items have been discontinued a refund will be processed.
  • When the ‘pick up in store’ option has been selected for your order ensure that you have specified the store location. (Maryborough VIC, Ararat, Stawell, St. Arnaud, Castlemaine, Hamilton, or Colac ONLY)
  • Please wait for a phone call confirmation from the requested pickup location before arriving in store, as sometimes the order may have not yet been processed and the staff at the store will not be able to fulfill your order.
  • Note individual store’s stock varies greatly therefore if required we would need to send stock from our warehouse to fulfill your order and this may take up to 2 weeks.
  • When making an order please consider all time frames given above.
  • In any situation where we are not able to process your order within 2 business days, we will always contact you via email. Please check your junk/spam folders for our correspondence.


  • Please note item/s will be delivered during business hours, if no one is present to sign for receipt of goods or authority to leave unattended has not been given the item/s will be returned to the depot for collection.
  • We use Australia Post for all our smaller items and if no one is home it will go to your local post office for collection, you will have 10 days to collect otherwise the item will be returned to us and it will incur another postage charge to have it sent again.
  • If the item is larger than 105cm or 22kg we use Toll IPEC and if you miss the delivery the item will return to the nearest Depot for Collection, (can be quite far for some) We recommend having most items sent to your place of work or to someone who is home (We CANNOT deliver to PO BOX’s with Toll IPEC), If you miss the delivery and wish to have it Re Delivered it will incur a $35 charge that will need to be paid prior to re-delivery.
  • Delivery times do vary depending on your location, once it leaves our warehouse, we do not have any control on the postage speed.
  • We will ship items to the address provided by you unless otherwise notified, please make sure your information is up to date as any loss from the provision of incorrect details is at the buyer’s expense.


Change of Mind Returns

  •        If you change your mind on an item purchased, you can receive a full refund less the shipping costs you paid to get the product to you. Goods must be returned in original unopened condition, with proof of purchase, within 30 days of the purchase date. You, as the buyer are responsible for the return freight cost. We suggest sending back via a trackable method. Contact us via to arrange the return.

Warranty Claims-

  •          If you have a manufactures warranty claim you will be able to contact the relevant company directly. If you require any further information or contact details please do not hesitate to contact us on and we will be more than happy to help you.
  •          In order to make a claim, you must provide details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the Photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable or whichever we think is necessary to assess the problem. Where goods are damaged in transit, details, and images of the damaged shipment. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage before receiving a repair, replacement, or refund.   •          Our customer service team will provide you with instructions as to how the goods may be returned to us at our expense. Please note- Items returned under a "warranty claim" that are deemed in perfect working order, will have a 20% restocking fee applied before any refund is processed. Please do not confuse a "change of mind" with a warranty claim.
