Cancelling and Order

To cancel an order before the item will be shipped. fill in our contact form on the Contact page or email with your order number and request to cancel.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind after the item has been despatched

We accept returns within 30 days if the item is incorrect or defective. We will accept the return and we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

When an item is returned it will be inspected by Lyal Eales Stores or the manufacturer to confirm its eligibility for a warranty claim.  Once deemed as a warranty issue it will be classified by Lyal Eales Stores or the manufacturer as either a minor or major fault.  In the case of a minor fault, the item will be repaired or replaced and for a major fault, the item will be either replaced or refunded.

If the returned item is not found to be faulty upon inspection, the shipping fees and 20% restocking fee is at the customer's expense.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Items are usually shipped within 48 hours of order being placed. We use Australia Post, Toll and Star Track for shipping.

Items will not be left at your property unattended unless you give Authority to Leave in which case we accept no responsibility for lost items.

We can not freight larger items to P.O Boxes.

We can ship to any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram

Once your order has been despatched, you will be notified via email with a tracking number and website to check where your item is in transit.
