At Lyal Eales Stores, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following information to understand how your items will be shipped and what to expect when placing an order.

Delivery Methods

We use trusted delivery partners to ensure your items arrive safely and on time:

• Australia Post
  Orders weighing under 22kg or measuring less than 105cm in length will be dispatched via Australia Post. This is our standard method for smaller parcels and offers reliable, nation-wide coverage.

• Team Global Express (TGE)
  For larger items exceeding 22kg or 105cm, we ship using Team Global Express. This ensures secure and efficient handling of bulky or oversized goods.

Signature on Delivery

All parcels are shipped by default with Signature on Delivery. This ensures the security of your items and confirmation upon receipt.

If you would prefer Authority to Leave (ATL) your parcel at the delivery address without a signature, please let us know at checkout or contact our team after placing your order.
Please note: Choosing ATL waives our responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the carrier used. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
